January 2014

We have been very busy here in Ms Cresham's class since we came back to school after our Christmas break!

Guided reading is in full swing every day with Ms Cresham, Mrs Burke and Nuala. Everyone is working very hard, enjoying their books and learning lots of new words!

This week we made some Chinese lanterns in preparation for the Chinese New Year celebrations next week. This year is the year of the horse. Check out the pictures of us with our lanterns! Everyone is excited about bringing them home!

We have also been working on our drama skills and were busy dressing up and acting out parts of the Little Red Riding Hood story!
